If you are into a healthy lifestyle then Holland & Barret is the place to go for a great selection of items. They have a regular sales special where a few time a year the promote some items Buy one get one for a Penny. So a good time to shop there when the promotion is on. They sell a variety of dried fruits as well as a large range of nuts either coated or not. There are many fibre options to choose from as well as fish oils. As always the staff will help guide you to what you require.
