I ordered 2 gift sets on Black Friday. I received an email at 12.09pm telling me my order was ready to collect. I called in store at 4pm and staff could not find my parcel. The manager promised to phone and I received no call. I rang Customer Services and they tell me someone collected my parcel at 1.27pm . This is clearly theft and CCTV should identify who was responsible. The gift I ordered is now out of stock. The Customer Services could not. be worse if they tried

Staff, food, environment good but yesterday hold ups in both queues as staff having to deal with customers messing with apps and payment on their phones. Staff ended up giving advice when they needed to be serving. My friend in the other queue is disabled and was standing for over 10 minutes and was clearly struggling while a young woman was insisting on paying on her phone which wouldn?t work. People were having problems at the self service and one poor staff member tearing her hair out.
