Clean and quiet interior, Never too busy so speedy transactions can be made. ATM on the outside of it so you can access funds at all times.

Good clean branch, relevant services available. Can be difficult to contact by phone, gets diverted to other branches, not much use when you require to speak with your local branch! Loan rates strangely un-competitive. 6.6% against 2.8% for same loan with competitor-Sainsbury's bank.
