My elderley mother was frightened yesterday from a scam phone call and insisted on going to her bank, Nat West Congleton despite my assurances.
The team there, especially Paul, treated her with such respect and dignity, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and understanding. They made time for her and explained so that she could understand, that she was not the victim of a scam.
Top marks and many thanks to a great team at Nat West Congleton Branch.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Sue this morning. I went in to discuss moving from my current bank and Sue gave me absolutely all the information I needed to allow me to feel confident in my move. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she even double checked things I wasn?t 100% sure on. Thank you so much!
