“Love M&S, but there is not enough staff one the shop floor to help you. Very disappointing cafes in their shops, the powers that be, WON'T sell proper meals.All heated up different "sandwich ?" with varied ingredients. Nothing really for very young children to eat. Fresh cakes, teacakes, toast. They have got rid of there different size cups and saucers, and replaced them with ugly looking mugs! Like you get in a Transport cafe !!!!!! The cafe is ok for a quick coffee and cake. The soup isn't even "home" made!”

“Some lovely summery clothes in now. The staff member who helped me went above and beyond to help and she hadn't even taken her coat off! Thank you. Tried a few dresses on,but didn't buy this time as the one I really wanted wasn't in my size and unfortunately no other branch had one either. Never mind it was nice too look around.”
