Would not refund or even swap a pair of trainers I had bought the previous day, unworn, still labelled and tagged, had receipt. Terrible customer service.

It was horrible I was only buying a football but i just went off in a bad mood putting the ball back. I wish you luck because you just lost a customer and i hope you train your people so other customers can actually shop without waiting at the counter for 20 minute.

This incident happened at Unit 1B, Grand Junction Retail Park, Earle St, Crewe CW1 2RP on 06/02/2023 the security alarms was beeping when we went in and informed the same to one of the staff and we looked around we didn?t liked anything and we where suppose to exit and the security alarm was beeping and all the staff came to us as if we nicked something and this fat white girl (may be a manager )asked me to open my bag which I did she didn?t find anything ?she was very rude they is a way to ask politely and security alarm sucks and overall it was disgusting experience with JD and racist staff @JDsports

Went to this store poor customer service and they had the shop shut at 7.30pm when the opening times say it?s open till 8pm need change opening times

Second time there this week, second time no one was interested to help.The shop was empty, but like 10 staff everywhere and no one care.Asked for a help with size the unswer was you have to wait(no explanation)

Been on numerous occasions in the evening and it?s either been shut or about to close. Staff incompetent and show a lack of any interest in doing their job. If it?s gonna be shut before closing time stated online (8pm) then it should be stated so.

Wow ?? went in today to buy my wife a pair of trainers for her birthday?.. should be simple ?Found two pairs and ask for size just to be told no stock?. No sorry or we can order them in etc just No and the miserable sales member walked off and me and my wife just looked at each other waiting for her to come back but nothing she just stood and look at us ?? So we got up and walked off ??All the staff were just not interested in helping and wow there is such a lot of staff they were more interested in drinking energy drinks and chatting??. One even ran off shouting ?move I am going to be sick?We only wanted some help and we walked out feeling uncomfortable and confused??JD cut your staff bills you don?t need that many people on the shop floor and get a hand full of people that actually want to work - save you money and just give a good service !
