Since being taken over from Lloyds this place couldn't have a better turn around, from absolutely rubbish to incredibly helpful. Christine deserves a special mention and thanks for going over and beyond to help people to access vaccines.

14/07/23If I could give zero stars I would !! Been ringing this pharmacy for the last 3hrs to see if my prescription is ready?..and just like goostrey pharmacy they ignore the phone ringing. As it?s a controlled drug that i take can only get it at a pharmacyIf it?s this bad now god help us when it changes from lloyds

If i could give it less i would. I ordered through the online doctor(excellent, fast , the very reason i use it), get an email to say my order is ready for collection at the Holmes Chapel branch. I go to collect it on the 29th of October only to be told we don't have any stock, again i showed that i had confirmation of my paid order being ready for collection at the branch, so they took my details and number to contact me once they were ready. Fast forward a few weeks( i have been away on holiday), i have had no call to my work or personal number, i go back to pick up my order which i now need to start, no record of me ordering it, no recollection of me speaking to them on the 29th October, nothing. So i went back in with my confirmation email of "order ready" again, only to be told that 1. people who order online dont pick up orders so they don't order the stock until the client pops in- i find it hard to believe that people have money to throw away as these orders are paid for, 2. that they had to order stock to fill my order! it is exhausting dealing with them. They are rude, talk over you and do not listen nor do they offer any sort of solution. i give up i will never return to the branch. I would be seriously concerned if i had an urgent order!!!

Absolute joke of a place, queue for 20 maybe 30 mins, only to be told, it's not ready despite them having it for a week or more sometimes, we have repeats and i drive 7 miles away , because i know they will be ready, avoid like the plague, would give zero stars if i could
