The cafeteria was filthy, around the lights and windows, loads of old cobwebs. Two serving staff were incredibly rude when I requested a particular drink, so unhelpful, sounded very pi—-ed off to be fair. Whether that was with me or just to be working there. Very good store and the prices will surprise you.

Visited Crewe store for first time. Very disappointed at lack of Christmas shop - didn't spot a single decoration. Wont be visiting again, have been to much better M &S stores.
