There is a large variety of sporting goods, mostly at good prices.Having to go upstairs without a lift is difficult for my wife who has mobility issues so I am not sure how wheelchair users manage.I do especially like the very large range of golf items (hence the 4 stars).

Staff are non-existent. Waited about for a while. Even asked for help. They called it in and no one turned up. So left the shop

Rip off. No refund policy lol. All staff trained to tell customers what they do. Scamming shop!! Go elsewhere for better quality and be treated like a customer. Spend your money elsewhere they dont refund! Tags or receipts. Everywhere else does. Wont put a foot in here again nor Crewe, rough.

Every other store when clothes are tagged with a receipt in date refund, not Sports Direct. Other stores have professional customer service, not Sports Direct. Rude, arrogant robots with no brain to work anywhere better or wear quality clothes from other Stores. This shop is for chavs!

Blonde old lady rude to customers. Been there so long she wouldn,t get a chance of working anywhere else with no service skills whatsoever. A cleaner or Sports Direct. Horrible shop with rubbish clothes for druggy type of looks.

I don?t think customer service is the job for the young blonde girl working on the shoe section. She couldn?t have been more unhelpful if she tried and was very rude. She kept walking off when looking at shoes so we had to keep going back to the till to radio for her back. After choosing the shoes she came out from the back with the box and threw the shoe from display in the box without asking if we were okay with that and walked off again. I went to find her and asked for a discount off the shoes seeming as they had been on the shelf for godknows how long with lots of people trying the shoe on and she very rudely replied back with ?we don?t do discount? and carried out talking to her colleagues.

Not sure if the staff here are doing community service as they clearly don?t know how to deal with public. Natalie Jones and her ginger bearded bald minion are the saddest excuse for ?management? I have ever seen.
