Rang to see if prescription was ready to finally get through and to be told yes, has to send my daughter to collect my tablets as I've not long had major surgery to find out that tablets weren't ready and they only had half the amount sp I would have to collect the other half another time, rang them to find out when the other half of prescription would be ready to finally get through on the phone and they cut the call awful service

Hi was waiting for ahour for Nasal drops only to be told after that they didn't have them in stock. Why didn't they check sooner wot a complete waste of time to Me the staff are a joke. Some people are not very polite at all in there.

Well pharmacy, if you stick to getting your prescriptions from here ?Well? you won?t be!! Never have anything in, always waiting!! And forget trying to contact them by phone, you?d have more luck contacting the dead!!

By far the worse pharmacy I've ever been toThey never have anything in, and always sent to else where, which can be a trek if you have no form of transport.The one time they did have an antibiotic for my daughter in they wouldn?t give my it because it was sugar free and the prescription didn?t state it had to be sugar free, so sent me elsewhere, where they gave me the sugar free?.And last but not least I understand they are very busy, I know that because I waited with my daughter (under 2) in the que for over 10 minutues to ask about a rash on her face (mostly likely heat rash) and the pharmacist (stood 1 meter away) looked over and told us she had things to do and I would have to wait.By the time she had told me that, she could have taken 1 step forward, had a quick glance a confirmed or denied said heat rash

Visited this morning,waited in the queue,staff including the pharmacist allowed a lady to push in front of me to collect her repeat prescription,which wasn't fully made up,so I had to wait another 5 mins,I could have been picking up a repeat prescription unexceptional behavior

Always use this pharmacy. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Today I have been for my free nhs flu Jab, would highly recommend this service and pharmacy.

I phoned this morning to ask about a vaccine, the lady I spoke to told me to call in today. I said is 12 ok? The lady said yes. When I arrived the pharmacist was very rude, she said I don?t do vaccines at dinner time, there?s only two of us on. She then flung a form at me and a pen. So I filled the form in and stood to the side, she didn?t speak to me once. However she did complain about every customer that had been in after they left. This made me feel in comfortable. She was snappy and short with every customer. I told the pharmacist after I had waited a while that I am going to my gp instead. She said well you have to wait ten minutes. I said that?s not a problem, but you are very angry and I don?t feel comfortable with you doing my vaccine. A shame as all the other staff seem very nice. The pharmacist shouldn?t be working with people

Only got one star as I cannot give nil. This pharmacy supply meds in blister packs for my elderly parents. Due to a rapid deterioration in dad's health and hospital admissions his meds have changed. The pharmacist was extremely rude and snappy. Told me I should have given more notice....next time we will book a heart attack just to give more notice. I let this go but it has happened twice now and now they have not supplied or delivered his meds. They have run out and he will be without for the weekend . I will be contacting the pharmacology society!
