Shocking, random lunch break times. Always going back as never got enough meds, staff just shrug their shoulders when you question why you have to keep going back. I'd give them zero star's but sadly, that's not an option. Avoid ??????

Very unorganised, rude when you phone in, they close early if they short staffed. Most times they don't even answer their phones

Every other store in crewe open on weekends, an essential pharmacy closed. Just go to boots and tesco as they actually help people out who work in the week

Worst well pharmacy branch. I would have given zero star if possible. My medicines were ordered four days again and I went to pharmacy twice but meds are still not there. They did jot even bother to check in the system to check the prescription. I was informed to call before coming and no one picks the phone at the branch. Pathetic service - highly disappointed ?

.Went in yesterday and poor service .Started to serve another customer before finishing with my transaction.Very disappointing .Are they aware that people are aware of poor service.Why is the one at Gresty Road good and this one so variable in customer care.
