“We visited the Hobbs store at Cheshire Oaks last night.I was looking for a 'Mother of the Groom' outfit. I explained to the ladies there my requirements. They listened carefully and began taking outfits to the changing area which may be suitable. I tried on my selections then the ladies asked me to try something well out of my comfort zone. They supplied all accessories to give the full picture, with no obligation to buy. Needless to say I made that purchase. They had found what I needed without me realising.I left the shop a totally relieved 'Mother of the Groom', full of confidence.Thank you both so much for your insight.”

“This store always has exceptional customer service from the staff and a great range of clothes which I can be sure to find something I like.I went to this store on Saturday at 4pm. My 2 year old son had fallen asleep in the car and I hadn't brought a pushchair so decided to carry him as it was absolutely scorching hot, rather than us wait it out in the car. This meant I was carrying an extra 3 stone around whilst trying desperately to find something for to wear on Sunday. One of the staff first helped me by looking through sizes on a rail of dresses. Another lady then made a lovely comment on how cute my son looked. When I started to queue for the till the same lady asked for more staff on the till and then served me herself. By this time my back was in agony and it really hurt carrying my son round. These actions mean so much when out and about and it meant that I didnt have to stand, those extra few minutes, whilst carrying my son. I feel like it can be easy to be overlooked as walking round it wouldn't necessarily look like I'm in pain. The empathy and actions taken were above and beyond, in my opinion, I'm very grateful for the staff on Saturday, thank you.”

“Plenty of choices for good quality shoes. I had been to Skechers next door but they didn't have the colour or style of wide fitting trainers. But I found just the pair I wanted in Clarks and bought them. The young man who served us was very helpful and went into their stock room twice to find me the size I needed.”

Managers was chilled too with doing an exchange with an online purchase in which was told by customer service some jd stores can be funny with doing so. So in all the staff there are cool. Sorted another pair for next day delivery for me after trying to wipe the trainers down with me themselves with the baby wipes I bought! Haha will never forget this jd.
