Have had 2 excellent treatments from Natalie. A pregnancy massage and intimate wax. She is incredibly professional and friendly and really knows her stuff. The wax was the least painful one I?ve ever had! Would highly recommend! Will definitely be coming back!

We visited the salon for the first time and were impressed even before we had our treatments. From the warm welcome and the fabulous interior, we knew instantly we were in for a 5-star experience.The salon has an extremely modern, luxurious feel, from the quality of the towels, the beautiful furnishings and most importantly the quality of the products used. The attention to small details such as, the temperature of rooms and the volume of music all contributed to a wonderfully relaxing first visit. The girls were very knowledgeable about the products they used for our facials. We could also tell they had years of experience and had received a high standard of training from the techniques they used.If you?re looking for a salon that uses all the latest skin care technologies and industry leading products, then this is the salon for you. We will most definitely be back again and again.

I visited the newly refurbed salon this morning for a facial and massage with Nic and was blown away. First impressions upon arriving the girls were absolutely lovely and made me comfortable straight away. The salon is modern and sleek but with a warm, welcoming feel to it and the complimentary coffee served with an oil infused hot towel for my hands was an added luxury! The facial and massage was the best that I have ever experienced. My skin looks and feels incredible from one session. Nic is extremely talented in what she does and anybody receiving a treatment from her is in for an absolute treat. It was pure indulgence and something that I will continue to now have on a regular basis. Thankyou so much Novum I will see you all again soon!

Starting 12 weeks tto WOW Medik8 course of treatments including face peels and Medik8 products. First time at the salon. WOW to Novum, what a beautiful, relaxing space to get pampered in The beauty managers Karen and Nicola are super friendly and welcoming. Nicola who my appointment was with was very knowledgeable about Medik8 and after a face scan and consultation I felt confident that she understood what my goals were. Can?t wait to see the results ?. Looking forward to my first peel, feel there?s already a difference in less than 2 weeks

Visited the salon on Tuesday for a fabulous treatment with Nic, full body.... absolutely amazing, would highly recommend the drift away treatment. The salon is gorgeous and the staff are so lovely, highly recommended!
