“Had a baby fledgling that I tried to look after and feed for a day and a half but it would not eat a thing and kept hiding in some bushes near our house. If I moved it, it went back to the bushes. I had to then put it in a box because of the number of dogs that walk past these bushes on walks in the day and the foxes that pass them at night. The bird had nothing to eat or drink the whole time I had it and could not be left anywhere that was safe so I took it to Pets at Home in Sevenoaks. It could not have gone to a better place - they have a local person who takes care of birds and in a short time our little fella was collected and is now being fed by hand. I could never have done that. This bird person will know when the bird is ready to rejoin other birds - another thing I could not have done. There was NO CHARGE and nothing but a friendly helpful service from the staff at the Sevenoaks store. WELL DONE TO ALL OF YOU!”
