Lovely staff, great iced coffee but why never anything vegan to eat. Only once have I ever managed to get a vegan toastie. Arrived on delivery day and no vegan toasties.

Manager is not very polite and abrasive and doesn't have good managerial presence nor good customer service. However, Elle and Jade are amazing and their amazing customer service compensates for the bad customer service from the manager. It is a shame as the manager represents Costa in a negative way. Very odd for a manager to say to a customer, that I am affecting stock levels for having a caramel latte and throws bizarre accusations which makes it an off-putting experience for the customer.

I wanted to thank Fay and Clayton from the Handforth branch of Costa Coffee for excellent service this lunchtime. Both were extremely helpful, professional and friendly and they are an asset to Costa! I will definitely be returning soon
