Directions to EV charging not the best, though easy to pull up and plug in. Charger claims to output 60kwh though hit 48 for a mere minute and the rest of the time 26kwh. Definitely not anything to do with weather or vehicle, as the rest of the cars on charge are only getting the same. Poor.

Difficult entrance to manoeuvre and no signs to EV charging spaces.Having plugged in to CCS 60kWh charger I only got 29kWh and not having the time required left annoyed. Later I stopped at another Gridserve and received 46kWh which got me home after charging so much faster.In my opinion you need to sort this shoddy supply out and be honest with your customers.

Really easy to get going with this. Just a credit card and no downloading yet another app. Due to the speed of this there was only about 5 minutes waiting around after using the service station facilities. This was just a top up but a very welcome one and not as expensive as I'd assumed it would be.

Very busy and the EV chargers are not very good - we tried all the CCS ports available and none would successfully charge our car. Not much grass or shade to exercise any furry traveling companions.

Very easy. Obviously a tad expensive but the speed of charge and simplicity made it painless. 50% added in less than 50mins. Enough time to get some food use the loo's and get some chocolate.

Gridserve car charger can't handle 2 cars on the same charger. Come out to find the car next to us had knocked us off. He knew it too as he'd moved from another charger
