Absolutely disgusting and not empathetic whatsoever by not supplying my antidepressant medication which I have severe withdrawal symptoms when I miss just one dose. I put in a request to my GP 5 days ago which they failed to re prescribe. I am on the computer showing that I have been on them long term for decades. I am not asking for anything that I am not entitled to. Now I am going to suffer and I shouldn?t have to. I am furious.

New lady on counter im sure her last job was behind the counter of an old school doctors. First words out of her mouth was no on two encounters with her Not a good light to be casting on the other lovely people that work there

I walked in today and there was only ne other customer, sat on the chairs and several staff members.I queued by the till as normal and the staff member on the till completely ignored me - didn't even look up from her laptop.It was about 2 minutes of standing around waiting before she finally lifted her head to speak to the other person waiting and still didn't acknowledge me. I'd be completely understanding if she'd just said something like "I'll be with you in 2 minutes' but she was downright rude.I then went to another member of staff, who wasn't on a till, to ask for help and they were lovely. Which is why I've given 3 stars and not lower.Unfortunately this is a frequent experience at this pharmacy. I know the staff are busy but basic manners wouldn't kill.

Pathetic service, they can't find your prescription,? They have to go through a wad of prescriptions, and don't appear to be in any specific order, it's 2023, perhaps they might invest in pigeon holes, got to be better than what they're doing, Dire all round, I left them because of the confusion within, gone to another pharmacy as a result.

Never not once have I had a smooth visit here, always queues, always problems with anything and everything, phone is never answered, medication is never ready or they can?t find it. Avoid if possible

Avoid like the plague! Lack of patient confidentiality. Staff are allowed to be openly hostile and rude and the manager/head pharmacist is arrogant /disinterested and allows his staff to interact with the public with no empathy and complete disregard to basic equality and diversity. The place is an absolute shambles. Basic requests are met with a sneer and an eye roll. The only staff who show any professionalism or empathy are the wonderful staff from Charlotte street who unfortunately are being underused and shoved to the back of the pharmacy, when their qualities could completely turn this toxic environment around. Instead they utilise an unpleasant little hostile woman who lacks basic communication skills and language and passes judgement without the necessary qualifications or empathy and would be much better placed working at Styal prison. She appears to have taken it upon herself to act as a bouncer and decides who is worthy to interact with the pharmacist, expect the 3rd degree from her if you present what she deems to close to her ?going home time? even if it?s a good 30 minutes before the advertised closing time. If you do need to speak to a pharmacist this is not the pharmacy for you! Expect arrogance, disinterest and rudeness this just seems to follow the rhetorical of all the previous reviews! Cohens really needs to review this place it?s a disgrace!

Awful customer service and the wait times are ridiculous. One person in front of me and I waited over 15 minutes. Moved my prescription to a different chemist.

Very busy pharmacy and has a shortage of staff to greet customers. Very difficult to get hold of them over the phone.

This chemist is terrible offering a delivery service, then asking house bound customers to come and collect their prescriptions themselves or pay for a taxi (£15) to get it, when it is already 3 days late on being delivered.This is the second time they have done this to my mum, the first time she paid for a taxi. Don?t offer the service if you cannot keep up with the customer orders and how many other people have they done this to? The woman who suggested this just said either do that or wait till next week for it to be delivered. Shocking service and needs looking into.

Pharmacy is generally ok. The frustration arises when they dont answer the phone for days. I called literally 20+ times on one day recently and recieved no answer. And it appears they arent answering calls again today.Also it seems that even if your prescription is ready it is always a long process of going through paperwork and looking all over the place for it.Often have to inform them that it should be there etc before they find it.

Very poor customer service when trying to get through to them by phone, they never really seem to answer.I then travel to the pharmacy to be told an item is not in stock and that I should have called in before hand, very slow service also when waiting for prescription or to be served, I understand they can be busy but that should not stop communicating this to the customers, or answering the phone and asking if it would be possible to call them a little later.
