Extremely Dissapointed!Customer's vehicle engine ordered and paid on 1st March and still awaiting delivery as of today's date 17th March, 2024. Customer been annoyed and frustrated as well, no clue when he'll be getting his vehicle back on the road.Lack of acknowledgement, correspondence and updates from the supplier. After taking some hassle, been shared with tracking details that is wrong either as no active status on it.Definitely not going to use this supplier in future or even recommend anyone.

What a sham! The garage told me they had the part I was looking for. Charged me and said it would be delivered in. 3- 5 days.After 3 weeks I called the garage to find out where my part was and was told it was being sprayed/ was still in the work shop / was out for delivery.5 weeks later I called again and asked for my money back and was told a pack of lies.DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE.

Feedback: bought item from these which was fast and easy with good delivery time. Unfortunately I needed to send this back as it wasn`t the part that I needed. I explained this to them letting them know that the part wasn`t faulty and that it was something else that was playing up with my car. This was done within the time limit of returning the item. After being told by the that this wouldn`t be a promblem and that I would receive a returns label within a couple of days. I waited for this but, was not fourthcoming. I contacted them again and was told again that i would receive a returns label in a couple of days. Again I waited and still nothing. I contacted them again by email again, told the same and still nothing. I then called them twice to explain that that I needed to return the item as it was not needed as it was something else and on both occassions was told that I would receive a returns label in a couple of days and that my money was safe and would get a refund, still nothing. I then contacted Parts Gateway to resolve this matter, which they contacted them. soon after I got an email telling me to send the item back to them at their address. so sent the item back at a cost to me. I emailed them to see if they was refunding this cost as they hadn`t sent me a returns label. I was told no as there was nothing wrong with the item and it was my fault for ordering the wrong part, but hod on, I told them this at the begining why I was returning it, no mention of me covering the cost just emails and phone calls telling me a returns label was being sent. Not sure if they understood english, as he did sound foreign. In anycase very poor customer service and communication. Eventually I did get a full refund for the item but not the postage. Would I never use these again, NO, there are better and cheaper breakers yards out there even on the Parts Gateway web site.

Ordered a new bonnet for our BMW from MGS - it was delivered to our garage for fitting in fantastic condition. Very reasonable price too! Superb service and our car now looks like new! THANK YOU!

Very unprofessional people areI placed orders a week ago they said it would take 3-5 working daysAfter 4 days they send me email to confirm email I called and spoke to someone guy who didn?t even speak English he confirmed the address and said ill get my delivery tomorrowWhen I called tomorrow to see what?s happening they said your order is out for delivery as you haven?t emailed us back to confirm delivery address so I had to send them email and wait another four days and I called them today to see why I don?t get tracking number for my parcel after waiting hour on the line they saying your part is been lost and nothing we can do and you have to wait another 4 days to get your refund backI would never buy parts from these people again and I advise everyone not waste your time buying from them they are fraud

Like all the others I wish I could give them 0 stars trying to sort out a part and its has been going on for months the 5 star rating must be from friends and family why are part finding companies still using them don't go near them.

I wanted to buy a Renault Megane gearbox. MGS took excellent care of my request. They didnt have the part in stock, but that didnt stop them from helping me, they researched about the part I wanted and provided me with extra detail to look for to aid me in my search for this part. They went over and beyond the expectation just to ensure I get what I need even if it wasnt from them. We need more businesses like that. Special mention to Karl Burgess, the Sales Manager who coordinated this whole process, He is an asset to to MGS. I highly recommend MGS to anyone needing a solution concerning their vehicles.

I would like to say thank you to Karl @ MGS as he always goes to extra mile to help us. He checks that the parts supplied are checked off and that the costs are in line with the age and mileage of the parts supplied, as some of these are required as core units for us to overhaul and recycle.

"I was initially skeptical after reading reviews, but my personal experience was exceptional. Despite living 50 miles away, the garage efficiently replaced my vehicle's gearbox. From start to finish, the service exceeded my expectations. The only inconvenience was the commute, but the quality of work and cost they charged made it worthwhile. I can only assume their customer service replies to each comment made and gives a defence to the review made without sounding hostile, comments seem to conjure up visions of this garage not being very good when I have found they were the opposite. Everywhere else wanted stupid money, these guys sourced me the right gearbox and fitted it for £1400. Now that?s a great price. I?m not sure why all the reviews are describing something that is not from my experience.

I purchased a part via Breakerlink to be told it failed a test so my money was refunded. All was good so far. I then searched again on Breakerlink for the same part only to find it was listed again but the price had increased by roughly £50 to £216. I needed this part as they were they only garage to reply so I purchased it.Delivery was swift and the part was delivered direct to the garage.The technician phoned me to say the part was incorrect so I phoned MSG Ltd. I was given the returns protocol and returned the part to them the following day as per their instructions.I then received an email saying no refund would be given as the part I sent back unopened in their packaging was not the part they sent out.My technician has a small garage and was only working on my vehicle at the time and had no other air conditioning pumps for any other vehicles. He phoned me immediately on the discovery of the incorrect part and left it in the car. After numerous emails they are still saying it is the incorrect part returned and I have received no refund.. So far I am down by £216 plus the workshop labour and my air conditioning is still not working. All I am asking for is my £216 to be refunded asap so I can purchase the part needed elsewhere.Service: Air conditioning

Negative experience, initially helpful etc when ordering but then took 3 months and extra payments to receive my headlight, other parts arrived damaged and the price was reduced to reflect but communication regarding delayed or cancelled parts should have been better,Eventually had to pay more money to them to receive my headlight to the price of an OEM part which i would have had after a few days ordering from the main dealer.
