Visited the branch yesterday and asked them to print a copy of an old bank statement from a particular month, as Nationwide's call centre advised that this was the only way to obtain a copy quicker than the ten working day service that they can offer over the phone, and the statement couldn't be accessed via online banking.The branch was empty aside from the five members of staff that I could see. After being initially told that they couldn't print out a copy of a bank statement past a certain point in time and then changing their mind, it took the team 40 minutes to print out the few pieces of paper that I needed.The member of staff that served me was new and so can't be really be blamed, but their colleagues didn't seem particularly concerned that a customer had been stood at the customer service desk for more than half an hour while their printer spewed out a few years worth of bank transactions that weren't required or asked for.If you value your time I'd advise sticking to online banking wherever possible.

Disabled Friendly EntranceClean PremisesPity theres only ever 2 people behind the desks serving people to get there money out needs more staff when you got a que as my dad is disabled and finds it hard to stand in line on his clushesBut today only my mum went with me & luckly only 2 people was in front of us
