What can I say always staff are unhelpful, ignore you and make you feel like they are doing you a favour by serving you. Manageress is so rude and off hand, I prefer to take my money elsewhere

Staff are incredibly unhelpful -if you dont have signal they dont help you at all -Management should intervene to help customers .Staff dont care at all

I have to say that this store always finds new ways to go down in quality. Try to order online and their is an issue so go down to the store. As the item was unavailable in store they wouldn't allow me to order it for in store pick-up tomorrow instructing me to order online. I explained that it wasn't working online and the answer was that they couldn't allow me to order it. This is the second time I've had this issue in this store with this member of staff. Last time I had this issue with the dodgy app a different member of staff resolved the issue. I think some staff need training in how to do things the Sainsbury's way!

Tried to return a strimmer that I?d had for only 2 weeks and it stopped working the First Lady was nice and pleasant and went to speak to the manager then the manager came out I think the lady with blonde hair she was rude and arrogant kept shaking her head at me as I was trying to explainShe was saying I need to take it up with the supplier challenge and start a warranty claim I?d only used it once told her that I?d spoke to Argos on 2 occasions and they said I could go in store and swop straight away with it only being 2 weeks old but this lady had different ideas so so rude considering her main role is customer serviceThink you need a new job elsewhereGoing to travel a bit further and use other branches from now on.

Lady was so hostile it was surreal, like I'd offended her in a past life or I reminded her of her husbands killer.She glared at me with daggers in her eyes, a sharpness in her voice, usually only heard from angry Disney villains. As her blood boiled I stood smiling, dying inside, wishing I had never set foot in her kingdom.The chap behind held his item for return he looked panicked, knowing his time will come, we were both scaredWhy do u hate me Lady, what did I do, i just wanted to return a printer, I'm a nice man :(

No stock at all! Shop size of a shoeboxIv been 3 times for 3 different things now every-time none in stock and nothing similar!? Last time I use Argos, why on earth would you even try to run a shop that size I don?t know, everyone in there was annoyed that nothing was in store pointless trip

Tried click and collect. Paid up but told my order has been cancelled. They were unable to give me a refund straight away. Customer services weren't helpful either. 1* Waste of journey and time. ?Argos

I don't recommend Argos at all! Bought a product from Northwich Retail Park today. Surprise surprise, its faulty, now have to travel to Nantwich to return it apparently! Moral of the story, use Amazon for your purchases!
