Late delayed. And damaged mattress. Also not told they don't build beds at any point. Would be one star but delivery stay good. Will replace damaged mattress. Issue more with firm than actual branch there really good.

Very poor quality beds for the money you pay like the Allan keys they provide didn?t fit and the threads on the bolts and nuts terrible. Wouldn?t recommend

Stunning customer service . Really really helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. Harry who helped us was fantastic and this is his first job! Well done Harry your doing an epic job. Keep it up. Manager was also really nice and even helped me charge my phone when it died in the store. Just really great experience and very good deal esp the bed care accident damage cover. Get bonus bed car sprays and care lotions pack and a mattress protect and 5 years cover for £50. The products were £65 alone. Don't normally get these kind of things but that was too good to turn down.

Delivery system shocking from start to finish and still haven't heard back since I complained. Guys on the day (3rd time lucky after cancellations) were fine, but everything else shocking. And don't bother calling the store as they won't answer.
