My most recent experience with Cascades, was as expected, a pleasure. I have used them before so they were the first place I went to. Dave was very helpful and informative, everything was explained and all costs involved were clearly stated. I had a new shower, sink basin and under sink cupboard fitted by their contract plumber, David Escott. He did an excellent job of installation and fitting, explaining what he had to do and was clean and tidy. I couldn't tell he'd been, apart from the new items.I would highly recommend Cascades for your bathroom projects.

We have purchased from Cascades for several bathroom projects over the years and always had excellent service. The product quality has always been superb and good value. I would thoroughly recommend this company if you are considering a new quality bathroom installation!

All smiles until you have a problem then wash thier hands of you. The shop manager has no people skills when handling a complaint. Also do not use thier recommended installers M&S installation as he's worse. Took me 6 months with the aid of trading standards to get him back to do repairs. Now instead of my floor tile moving it's 2mm higher than the rest of the floor. Go elsewhere like JD in widnes

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish from Dave and Kyle..Lovely tea and biscuits too !?We went in totally stressed having had a cancellation for a bathroom fitter in 2 weeks time . Dave sorted us out in no time at all and Kyle delivered everything today ready for the fitters . We went round several bathroom showrooms and although cascade was not the nearest geographically they were by far the shining stars . Can?t recommend themEnough . Brilliant company , stress free experience and great prices .outstanding
