“A few years since our last visit and the first one under the current management.Lovely setting for a traditional afternoon tea in a country house setting.Staff were friendly and attentive while not rushing you as you need to savor the atmosphere.Finger sandwiches and cakes were good and we had a couple of cakes leftover that they kindly wrapped to take home for supper.Definitely recommended.”

The rooms are very clean and comfortable and I have always had a good nights sleep when I have stayed here. The location is perfect for my journey to work in the mornings.The Restaurant next door has a tasty menu with very helpful and friendly staff. I’ve always had a good tasty dinner when I’ve stayed. Just what you need after a hard days work.”
