John from Plumbing Mate was great when my toilet started to leak on a Sunday morning and I really panicked, I didn?t know what to do. I messaged him not really expecting him to reply on a Sunday and he called me back within 5 minutes, gave me advice and got one of his team to pop round the next day to sort the issue for me, what a relief. The repair was done in less than 10 minutes thankfully. Thank you John, really appreciated your help.
