All staff on duty were very friendly, helpful and supportive this morning. Especially the young lady on the customer service desk who helped me through something I was feeling anxious about and finding very difficult. She made it easy and effortless and I am very grateful.

The bank opening and closing times are a joke, they need to stay open until 5pm. Till service is very slow, I'm now considering on going to another bank.

Over 30 mins wait on a Saturday morning to be attended at the tills. Not happy. There should be more cashiers on the busiest day of the week. Only 2 Available.

Part time opening hours and NOT open Saturday. if you need to pay your Credit Card Bill and work 8-5 you are knackered unless you desire to make a 35mile round trip to Warrington on a Saturday. Internet Banking is not for me ACCOUNT Mover I will be.

My anti-virus software found 'spyware' on my computer. Apparently somebody in 'Chicago' was after my passwords. I went to Santander in Northwich and they checked all my accounts (which were as they should be) and issued new customer IDs, account numbers and passwords. They couldn't have been more helpful.

In defence of the staff,l have lived in cities where the service may be fast but it is also impersonal,you are no more than a cypher.Switch to 20years ago when l moved to Northwich and it was a positive culture shock.Staff actually smiled,greeted you,knew your name and were interested in you,as they still are..Now as for the actual mechanics of the banking system,any faults are out of the general staffs control and they probably encounter the same faults in the system also.please staff,do not lose your small-town cordiality,l love it.
