“I visit annually for kids school shoes, it's worth noting that sometimes an appointment is required (depends on how busy they are)Everytime I have visited the staff are always great, very patient and helpful.School shoes have always lasted until they have grown out of them or reached the end of the year so I have always happily returned due to the good quality of shoes.Only niggle is the lack of range in school shoes, this hasn't varied over the years and as the kids get older it gets even harder to select something they like, this isn't a reflection at all on the store or staff as they are all fab!”
