Terrible service for repairs! This review is purely for that service. I took in an outdoor cushion cover which I was quoted £30 for as it needs a new zip and was told they had to order it in. They told me they would call me when it was ready. I accepted the service even though it?s ridiculously overpriced just to replace a zip! I use this shop regularly for EVRI. The staff are always nice in this bit.I went in a couple of days later to drop a parcel and was told that the repair had been made. I was quite surprised by his quickly it had been done. I got the cover out to put on the cushion and as I put it on it was quite clear nothing had been done to the zip!!!!! I think she had just tried to repair the zip not realising that it?s a tight fit on the cushion so hence why it had split and needs a new one!! I think she thought she had repaired it by zipping it up and it closed so thought she would pretend it had been replaced, charge me £30 and hope I wouldn?t notice!!!!!!!! That?s actually stealing from me! I have returned the item to be ?redone? although it was never done in the first place. I will never go for repairs ever again at this place, nor will I recommend and I?ll be telling all my friends who live in Poynton to give it a wide berth for the alteration side of the business. Called to enquire about cleaning clothes just a basic wash and dry. Just a bag of clothes as I work away from home. Told told it's the same as dry cleaning. Got quoted £4 and £7 per item same as dry cleaning. Would have cost me over £100 to wash a bag of clothes. This is scandalous. How this place operates and opens is disgusting. The woman who answered also had a stinking attitude. Don't waste your time. Added. I worked it out would have cost me £140 to wash them yet. It cost me £29 elsewhere. And was too a high standard. Washing a bag of clothes and drying them should never cost your rates. What you're doing is against the working class and dropping your customer base massively.

Not sure why but were treated differently to the customers before us. The staff member was not warm or friendly, didn?t feel great being a customer here and not to mention this has happened consistently every-time we have been there.As far as the prices go if you take priority membership the prices become really cheap 4 for £20 which I need as I mostly wear Hobbs dresses which requires frequent dry cleaning. Cleaning services are good but would have liked if customers are treated nicely as well. I think in this competitive market its just not the service but the treatment that you provide to the customers which is a differentiator.
