The 4 stars are for the fresh produce floor staff. The booking office staff on the other hand. Need to realise that once the load is tipped the driver has completed the job. It is their responsibility to contact the supplier to arrange collection of rejections. Not hold the driver hostage by refusing to hand over the paperwork until he forced to take them away himself without consent of his employer. TBH I prefer Aldi they're more professional in their attitude

I work here, I live in Crewe but I come with a friend's car, I haven't been able to come by public transport yet, but as far as I understand it's 20 minutes by train and 15 minutes by taxi and it's also possible by bus but it goes around the whole city and it takes about 45 minutes and it costs you like 20 or 25 pounds. the salary is good in addition to other warehouses and you have all the support from the lidl team to help you adapt as quickly as possible

As like another post this is one of the better RDC for Lidl helpful staff and and quick with paperwork.

Been to a few Lidl Depots and this has got to be the best. Staff are friendly and there processing speed is brilliant. I was in and out within a hour.

Lidl runcorn is the worst rdc i have even been too.The staff dont care how long you have to wait.You can get there just as it opens and still wait 2 to 3 hours to get on a empty bay

Need more keys for the ppt's. Standing around for twenty minutes whilst 2, yes, 2 drivers offloaded their wagons with 6 other ppt's stood there with no keys
