Been going to Boots Opticians in Sandbach for several years. They have never let me down for specs and contact lenses. The staff are great and nothing is too much trouble.

I have attended this opticians for about three years now and they have always impressed me with the professional and caring approach they employ. The Optical assistants are knowledgeable and do not pressurise for sales. They do however support you to buy what's best for you! The optician is efficient, friendly and very affable. I was particularly impressed with how the staff dealt with some children with special needs and how they reassured the children with what was happening. I wholly recommend this opticians for anyone who wants a tailored. bespoke experience over and above that you might receive from some of the 'other' opticians available. :-)

I would never use Boots Opticians in Sandbach ever again. Abysmal customer service! Not even a real Boots Opticians ? a franchise. Poor service / inaccurate eye tests / very amateurish. Definitely avoid!

Having needed a diabetic eye test I booked the local boots. Having not used boots for a while due to feeling uncomfortable with the site I decided to give it another go. Having used another company during lockdown I just wished I?d gone back to them as far superior and more accommodating.

Just about the best opticians I have used, you get a first class service in every way, the staff are very friendly and really knowledgable and the optician in charge is extremely professional and trustworthy with his advice.

Excellent opticians, I would highly recommend this service. The optometrist will treat you with care and compassion, Kuldip is very skilled and knowledgeable but also warm and friendly putting you at your ease instantly. Katie served us (my daughter and I) and she was an absolute pleasure to meet. Katie was professional and supportive, giving us honest opinions on our choice of frames and we had a few giggles too. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Our visit was Covid safe and without too much fuss or anxiety about this. I can honestly say that this was a very enjoyable experience overall and we left very satisfied with our purchases and the experience that we had. I have used this opticians for several years now and I would not choose to go anywhere else. They have a good range of boots and designer frames and a choice of lenses across a price range to suit you. Staff are helpful and provide excellent and honest advice with absolutely no pressure to buy or to be quick with your choice. Excellent service and experience - Thank You!

I have recently had my first eye test at this opticians practice. Although we are in the middle of a pandemic, I felt very comfortable during my time in the building as there were clear COVID-19 protocols in place to keep everyone safe. This was my first eye test with Boots and I was really impressed, as not only did they test my central vision but my peripheral vision too, which I haven't had before at my old opticians practice. Kuldeep was very professional and knowledgeable. He really took the time to go through frame options with me and gave his advice on the types of frames which would suit my face shape (also not experienced this before). I am very happy with the service I received from every member of staff I came in contact with and I cannot wait for my new glasses to arrive!

Really impressed with the service and care shown by the optician and all the employees at this branch. The optician was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. The other employees were also very friendly and helpful when choosing glasses. The branch was reassuringly very COVID-secure. Would definitely recommend.

Its 2 years since my last appointment and a lot has changed. I am not earning the money I used to earn to afford expensive glasses with coated lenses and we are in a Worldwide Pandemic. I have no issue with the Optician himself or the quality of the checks. However Boots Computer systems are manual, slow and archaic. Having said I was concerned about the price to the assistant at the outset, she quoted me a total price and when this was inputted into the till, she said she had misquoted me the lens price taking the total bill to more than it was 2 years ago with lenses with less tints on. After challenging the numbers and getting emotionally upset, the optician signed off the initial price. I left the store in tears, having sat in 3 different customer seats, with 4 members of staff plus 2 customers and a delivery man all in a very small store. I would not recommend this experience and all retailers need to listen to their customers. Glasses are ridiculously expensive and people are struggling to afford an essential item.

The entire team were absolutely lovely! The optician, Kuldeep, was so efficient and friendly and then Matthew & Ayron helped me to decide what was the best choice for me as I needed new lenses - their Covid safety measures are brilliant and they genuinely want to help and not just make you choose the most expensive option! Lovely place lovely people!

The whole team are working hard to provide the same knowledgeable, professional service as before the Coronavirus. My appointment ran smoothly and I was very confident with the extra measures in place to safeguard customers and staff. As always it was a good experience with great attention to detail, helpfulness and good humour. Highly recommended!
