This is a very busy well used bank and there is typically a queue. However, I've never had a problem with it as the cashiers have always been quick, efficient and polite. My only issue are the steps into the building which make access very difficult for those who find steps an access barrier. In the past I have assisted people with walking frames and push chairs to leave the building.

Closes dead on 4.30 on Friday and on Saturday not open at all not much of a service to your customer i'm not saying open every Saturday BUT!! every other Saturday would be a good idea
