Regularly queue 30 minutes for a prescription and they cancelled my flu vaccine 2 hours before it was due. No offer to rearrange. Disappointing

Unfortunately have to rate this as a 1 been trying to ring all day since a telephone appointment to get my prescription processed but am challenged with no answer line busy..\\n\\nIt's Friday and unable to go to chemist myself due to circumstances and my father was going to pick up and with being unable to stand for too long was hoping it would just be the queue he would stand in but no answer and no text to state its ready I feel appalled that the chemist haven't got a process to auto generate the electronic prescription you have to notify them unless you get lucky one day..\\n\\nEven an answer machine could benefit them for people like myself that are unable to go to the chemist

Not 5 stars for the speed but for how the poor staff are coping with the awful abuse they have been reviewing from customers.They remain calm and polite when all I would want to do is cry .Well done to you all for working in these uncertain times under great pressure

I had to give a score of one, because zero wasn?t an option. Your pharmacy manager is without a doubt the most unhelpful, rude person I have come across. I asked for advice for a child who appeared to have something in their ear. I was told that ?they don?t do ears? and that staff at the chemist and surgery would not help and I should go to the A\\u0026E instead. My child is a teenager and has therefore outgrown sticking things in his ears. It wasn?t a foreign body blocking his ear hole, but a serious ear infection. If you?d done your job properly and asked the pharmacist rather than making clinical decisions that you are not qualified to make my son could have been treated sooner. Your manager is an absolute disgrace.

Waste of time. Waited 2 weeks for a prescription. They hadn?t ordered it. Waited another week. They ordered but didn?t receive any. Instead of alerting me so I can go elsewhere I ran out. Unreliable and sloppy. Don?t bother..

Because I was out of the area quite desperate to get a prescription filled. Had stock but apparently not enough for my requirement. Lady growled not enough. Poor service as it came across as if I had asked for an illegal substance!!!

It is my friends misfortune to use this pharmacy simply because it is attached to the medical centre. Tonight we waited 40 minutes for 7 items which were on prescription and submitted yesterday. It appears they lost the package and had to make it up again. We sat while 3 queues out of the door passed by. We were not updated on any progress at any time just ignored until I stood at the counter and asked for progress. Eventually my friend was called and given the bag without so much as any kind of apology. The service is despicable and needs to be investigated. This is not the first time either that my friends prescription has been lost misslaid or just not available.

Been going there every 8 weeks to collect a repeat prescription for 18 months.
Nearly always takes longer than the 48hrs.
Only been on time twice.
Latest fiasco was the final straw, put prescription into the doctors 4:15 on the Tuesday. So should be ready Thursday.
I go to collect Friday to be told "it's not ready, is there anything you can be doing? Whilst we try to find it" to which I reply no.
The shop assistant then draws my attention to a printout explaining 48 hrs for the doctors to send the prescription and a further 48hrs for the chemist to fulfill it.
Then the following Monday a 140 hours later comes the best bit "WE CANNOT DO THE PRESCRIPTION AS THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF THESE TABLETS"
That was it, no suggestions as to what to do next, no explanation as to why they hadn't contacted my doctor. Nothing. Zilch. Diddly squat.
Needless to say I took my prescription elsewhere and will continue to do so.
