American Golf - placed order for 3 items and payed for next day delivery.Waited patiently, 3 days later 1 of the items arrive with no sign or communication of where the 2 remaining higher value items are.I try contacting them with joy, leave online requests with no response.A week later I call and the customer service is very questionable and that is me being polite on the subject.The response I get is we do not know where your order is can we get back to you. I ask when that might be and I get a ?.. maybe later today which I felt was a response just to get me off the phone.I ask if I can cancel and get a full refund?. Long silence sure no problem.Can I get a call reference or email for this as how do I know when that?s processed?.. long silence?.. I?ll email you by the end of the day.Honestly this isn?t the first time I?ve ordered from this place, every time I do it?s always a nightmare service and always an issue.Never again will I waste my time with such a shambles of a company.I?ll stick with my local pro shop

Customer Services have closed all their lines. I ordered an online voucher which I never received apparently due to a technical glitch. I've asked for my order to be cancelled and for a refund to be generated. I asked for an email confirmation of this. Nothing! Now they have shut their phone lines to all customers.

Do not expect next day delivery if its not in stock in the store don't order......they take the payment and sit on the order...uou could wait weeks for a few golf balls....

After purchasing an ?in stock? putter online using a gift card & debit card.I received an email 24 hours later addressed, dear valued customer your item is out of stock.I called my local branch and explained the update. I was informed the putter was available in store, albeit at the Trafford branch.I immediately emailed American Golf, tweeted & inboxed on Instagram that they did indeed have store stock and the putter was also still showing available online.Only response received was on Instagram where by the reply was we?ve seen this message on Twitter.Called head office which initially was fine, however once I started questioning the process the customer service handler became short & irritable.Received the cash refund but I?m now stuck with AMGOLF vouchers I do not want to use due to the unprofessional transaction.I?ve shopped elsewhere, saved money and expect the same putter next day.Overall pretty poor.

AG took payment for an item but when I enquired about delivery I was told it was out of stock a WEEK later. If it was out of stock no payment should have been taken. The person I initially spoke to was very rude during our conversation and felt just a "sorry" was suitable. I complained again and it was a waste of time. Tried Head Office but you can't speak to anyone in higher authority.Had many items off them over the years but no longer, "shocking service".

Contacted American Golf head office shocking customer services.You order two pairs of golf shoes same size and style you are charged for two but they only deliver one!This is now the third time I have had a similar experience shopping at any of the stores no issue! Online is another issue you don't always receive what you order its either short delivered or is out of stock. No e mail or phone call explanation to advise of any delivery issues!Hide behind an online feedback form with a 48hr reply no direct tel number for customer services or after sales.Do you guys no what customer services is? Don't think so no offer of a voucher for all the hassle. If I could use a minus I would! Ordered irons, a bag and glove. Received an email advising items dispatched followed by an email advising refund being processed as irons out of stock. Called customer service who promised it was a mistake and all items had been dispatched. 3 times they were asked I'd it was ALL items. Next day.....bag and glove arrived but NO CLUBS! Called again to complain and complaints department is the same as the customer service. No offer of an alternative and wouldn't admit we had been lied to! Will never buy from them again. Customer Service is worse than appalling and the staff are patronising and rude.

I have vouchers given as gift and due to the global pandemic was not in a position to use them until recently .To my surprise one of the vouchers value of £75 had expired and i was not able to use it even though in the last 12 months i had been to the store several times in whalebone lane to purchase other items nobody has mentioned that i should use it soon !!! they even wrote the value on the back of each card to remind me of the spend limit i had left.After spending just short of £3000 with them and speaking to HQ they will not allow an extension to the card.I WILL not be using them again and will be informing anyone who normally purchases vouchers as gifts for me not to bother i would rather buy online from alternative stores than part money with American GolfLoyalty means means nothing them

I purchased a PowaKaddy premium golf bag and specifically asked the salesman if I went on line would I get the same bag at a cheaper price and was told this is the best price that I would be able to purchase the bag anywhere on line. I have since looked on the internet and exactly the same bag is being offered by another golf provider £30 cheaper. Having phoned the store that I made the purchase to ask if I returned the bag could I have a refund, I was told that golf bags were classed as "hard" item and as such I could not have a cash refund but could have an exchange or credit note. Not a lot of use to me as I do not need £189 credit note. I then tried head office but all they could say was talk to the store as they only deal with on line purchases. As it was the store which gave me their telephone number for complaints I was getting nowhere. Back to the store and asked for the area managers telephone number but was informed that he only had a private number and hence was, for me, was not contactable. American Golf web site states that if an item is returned within 14 days in perfect condition you can have a full refund to your credit card account but I am told by the store that this is only for on line purchases not items bought in store. It would be better if this was made obvious on the web site. Finally it would be more honest for customers if salesmen when asked a question about the price would give an honest answer, even if they said that they did not know and not mislead customers in order to make a sale. I have spent a lot of money with American Golf but after this experience I will never shop there again and advise my golfing friends to do the same.

I recently purchased a Fazer Electric Golf Trolley which proved to have a faulty right hand side wheel. On investigation it showed that the fixing for the internal spring was too flimsy resulting in the wheel repeatedly falling off mid golf round. I returned the trolley only to be told I would receive a gift voucher refund instead of the cash I had spent. I have now had to spend more cash with American Golf to obtain a reliable functional trolley despite my request for a cash refund which would have allowed me to purchase cheaper elsewhere.I have spent thousands of pounds with American Golf and will not shop there again.

Terrible service, measured for clubs in November at Eastleigh and I still have not received as of today, or heard from anyone at American Golf by email or phone, disgraceful
