Tried to make a complaint multiple times about my experience with customer service (on the phone) and was told I would have a call back in 48 hours. No response and it?s been 2 weeks and I?ve tried calling multiple times and they just hang up on me and web chat just gets cut off. It now says my order isn?t recognised. Very disappointing from such a big company after being told I would get a refund on a faulty item. I suggest anything electrical buy from else where as their returns policy is awful and you will receive better service from another company.

The manager there was very racist and told me that my son was embarrassed of me and he kept on saying I act like a child just because I wanted to refund my items and then every time I asked him to stay and listen he just pretended to be busy and kept on ignoring me . This was on June 6 at 3 o clock till 3:30 . I hope someone could deal with this.

Collection point for Argos deliveries. Located inside a Sainsbury?s.

Very unclear as to where the collection point is. It's just a small stand with a tablet that you enter your order details and Surname. Not one single Argos sign anywhere
