The staff at the store are always very helpful especially a lady called Karin ...she is always extremely helpful and her appearance is super smart!She answers the phone which is not always done by other staff !And she will help me find the correct frames regardless how undecided I am !Karin is an assest to Boots and I sincerely hope she gets recognition ! Thankyou karin !Quiet honestly my hubby and I go there because of karin !

My appointment was 11.05 and I waited an hour to be seen. Clearly too many people booked so staff rushed off their feet. The service received by staff and optician was very good.

Broke my glasses, visited store without prior appointment. Was seen immediately, replacement pair ordered and given a date to collect replacement. I arrived 30mins early for collection, again seen promptly, replacement glasses given slight adjustment, all done in 10 mins. Great service.
