So many times I?ve been into a CEX and felt like the staff just can?t be bothered and very unhelpful. First time in Warrington CEX and got served by person called Cam. absolutely lovely person and amazing service. Didn?t know a lot about the item I needed but went out of way to find out, talk me through and then allow me to actually check the quality and what it came with. Really quick and efficient. I?m a fairly ?butch? woman and most see me in a leather coat with short hair and either call me lad or don?t bother. Didn?t feel a bit out of place. Manager (I presume) with blue hair was really great at championing staff and just very impressed.Thanks everyone, gift will make my wife very happy and I?ve left feeling like I?ve got what I came for and actually smiling.Definitely will be back.have an amazing Christmas!

CeX on sankey lane? should be changed to Stanky lane because the customer service absolutely stinks. have been laughed at demeaningly. refused service with a valid driving licence. will not be bringing my money back here. if i could give it a -5 stars i would. abysmal

I don?t recommend this CeX much because some staff aren?t helpful and got no manners and I asked for a red bag and they said they don?t sell them anymore but he could of gave me a paperbag or sumit, how unhelpful was it

I did bring in a steam deck to sell, it was in a pristine condition, they told me that they will buy it as a A grade item and that they will pay me in the next day after testing it. Next day they called me to say that they have found a tiny scratch on it and is downgraded to grade B, went back to the shop to see the scratch myself...that "scratch" was actually a very tiny mark on a shiny part that i'm pretty sure it came like that from the factory. Took it to another Cex shop and sold it there as a A grade item. Absolutely useless staff and very unprofessional! ???

Lots of 360 and one games!I bought a 360, and I wasn't sure if it would work on the xbox One, but the Las behind the till looked without hesitation he did a quick check and I was out in a jiffy with my new game
