Absolutely diabolical customer service ,I bought a pair of Adidas trainers for my partner for Xmas when he opened them Xmas morning there was 2 left foot trainers in the box!!! I've emailed and not had a reply,I've returned the trainers for a full refund and still not had an email confirmation that they have received them back or when I'm getting my refund .I'm so fed up with this company.

Terrible company. I ordered an item from them via secret sales. It was a hooded gilet and when it arrived I tried it on and it fitted and I decided to keep it so removed the label and hung in the wardrobe. Shortly after, when I came to actually wear it, I realised that I couldn't get the hood to sit right. It stuck out so bad, I looked like I had a hump. As I was in the return period, I decided to return it. It was a total pain even getting a label off Secret Sales but I eventually got one and realised I had to return to this company. A week or so later, I received it back with a letter saying the tags had been removed so they couldn't resell it! Never heard such rubbish. It hasn't been worn or damaged so it was totally saleable. They didn't include contact details so I had to track them down but of course They just kept repeating the mantra that it's their policy and it's detailed on their website (which I didn't actually buy from). Regardless of if it is or not, it might not be legal and it's certainly dreadful customer service.

Ordered shoes and jeans paid next day delivery only the shoes have turned up absolutely livid after paying £177 fuming isn't the word now can't get hold of them until Monday!

Bought product through Amazon store, free returns clearly marked. Had to go through Amazon customer service to get a paid returns label as the seller only gives an address & requires you to pay postage. If you don't do free returns (which is fine), don't advertise it.

Don't deal with this company. The greed is astonishing.They will charge you £5 postage for even a small item, and if it doesn't fit and you send it back, they will charge you £2.50 for doing so, and then when you get a refund, you'll only be refunded for the item and not the original postage.An absolutely shocking way to treat your customers when so many other companies treat you properly.An extremely outdated company.Avoid like the plague and shop somewhere else.

Appalling company. I bought some hiking boots for £60, they were not suitable for me so I sent them back. I had to pay £2.50 for postage for them to receive them, and send them back to me without any explanation or email. I had to go on a live chat where it took one of their team members Caitlin 10 minutes to still give me no reply, not even a ?just a second while I look into this for you?, just nothing at all. Finally after getting in again she copied and pasted a message to say they had wear and tear on the sole? Absolutely appalling, they were worn around the house ONCE where I decided they were not suitable and didn?t fit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IF FOR ANY REASON YOU MAY NEED TO RETURN THEN IT WONT BE HAPPENING!!I would love to receive my money back. Scam of a company.

Very disappointed with aftersales service. I had to return a pair of Saucony Triumph running shoes that were already showing wear around the toes after only 5 outings. They refused to refund. Given that a £75 pair of running shoes should not be showing signs of wear after only a few runs, I cannot believe that they would not accept these back. Whilst the fault undoubtedly lies with the manufacturer design, if GetThe Label choose to take on any warranty then they must also take responsibility if the products they sell are not fit for purpose

Charged over £5 for a refund for a pair of shoes which were too small, after having paid £3.99 delivery charge.I will never buy from you again.It's quite normal to have to return clothing or shoes bought online, as they can't be tried on. I've never been charged like this before with any other online clothing store and I'll stick to more reputable and fair sites in future.

Shocking how much you have to pay for delivery and then to return items. Almost £10. Garbage. I won't be using them again. Plus, the returns process is incredibly complicated

Expensive postage then recieved a pair of trainers with blood stains inside then had to pay to send a faulty pair trainers back. Wouldnt use again stay well clear.
