“I came to the warrington branch to pick up a click & coloect order, here was an error with the online service that had occurred when I went to show Kirk screwfix's employee who was serving at the time, he quickly identified what the issue was and without hesitation rang customer service and quickly dealt with the matter with aplomb, his attitude and demeanor were unbelievable and I couldn't have asked for anything more when faced with the situation that had occurred..
