The store is great, and the staff are the most caring, kindest work team I've ever seen, they go above and beyond expectations to help people ,especially their customers who need extra support!I could write a couple of page's on the lovely things I've seen staff members do to help struggling customers, but don't want to risk embarrassing anyone who might recognise themselves in this review. The team is an absolute credit to Heron food's !

Bargains galore at the Heron shops if they have what you're looking for. Even if I'm not on a shopping trip, I always look in if I am passing one of the shops, and usually find something I could use.

I only pop in when I'm in Warrington and heading home, this time got couple of bits went to the till, asked for a bag response "why do you want one" quite rude and aggressive put me off going in again.
