Quality of paint is poor. Wallpaper has nice design's but again the quality isn't great. For the price people are paying for these products they should be the best.

The male manager Wouldn't help my husband carry a unit to the car so he had to manage on his own
Also when phoning the store was put on hold for an eternity which cost £14 which is ridiculous as the only number I could find for my local store was a 0871 ? number

Given £50 of Laura Ashley gift vouchers as a wedding present. Visited the store in Manchester and the staff were unable to process the vouchers and after an hour they sent us away. Told us to go back to where they were bought from, even though we had told them repeatedly they were given as a gift, hence gift voucher.
Have had to contact Head Office who have replaced the gift cards because of some IT issue they have internally. And was then told you cant use the vouchers online, so another trip tip to the store is needed.
