Fantastic service, opening an account took a matter of minutes after applying online. Walked in, handed over my passport and 5 minutes later she comes up with a sheet of paper and the account is open. Customer service friendly and efficient, would recommend and miles more cohesion then a certain blue bank across the road...

Had an appointment arranged (Warrington Horsemarket St branch) to see Joanne Price on Monday 20 th March 2023. I got a reminder of the appointment on my mobile saying should I wish to cancel or rearrange... I tried to reply on my mobile and could not!So tried phoning their 03453 numbers, failed misserably again - I needed to say unable to attend through health issues, needed to cancal!A better method than this is needed to contact directly, a simple local phone number of the branch would have been a blessing...Jonnane Price would be still awaiting me and I wasnt turning up!

AVOID Banking with Lloyds. Their website and customer services are terrible. I was trying fill in the credit card eligibility form and after filling in the details the website doesn?t provide proper reason(s) for non eligibility. It simply gives a binary answer of yes or no. The form also asks nationality, I strongly suspect they are profiling people based on nationality. When I called the customer representative, their response is atrocious

Came in yesterday and needed some adviceWe met with Luke who was on customer service desk and I have to say that his customer service skills are excellent he was very engaging and new the answers straight away to our questions and pointed us in the right direction, thank you

Visited the branch yesterday to open new current and savings accounts and was very impressed by the level of service i received. Suzanne the personal banking manager was both helpful and pleasant and came across as someone who genuinely enjoys and takes pride in her role. The bank was extremely busy but that didn't prevent Alex, the branch manager from taking the time to welcome me as a new customer. The feel and atmosphere as you walk in is, in my opinion, warm and welcoming. Overall a pleasant experience and a decision i wish id taken a long time ago. Well done Lloyd's.
