Called in for lunch. Not too busy by the normal standards of this cafe. Had to wait 37mins for an omelette and eggs Benedict. Both cold , coffee long finished . Had better experiences there

Went for Breakfast coffee was cold ordered bacon on chiabata what we got was the smallest bacon roll ever Will not be going back again.

Very disappointing! Coffee was only lukewarm,some machines were out of order,which didn't help! Big queues too. On the plus side,it does have a nice outlook,if you can get a table!

Appalling Customer Service today from a so called manager in the food hall!!! Large Blonde lady in her 50/60?s who just stood there with her walkie talkie telling customers certain foods had sold out and was very rude to me and other customers saying what I wanted was sold out and basically go away when I asked when it would be in, which I found when I spoke to another Male manager he informed me the products I wanted would be on the shelves within 30 mins, he was very helpful unlike the other manager who was really arrogant and I certainly don?t expect this from a manager in M&S!!!! I checked with other colleagues and they told me she was indeed a manager!!I spend thousands of pounds in the Food hall every year and today has been a total disgrace purely from the attitude of this woman who I also heard her say to her colleagues ?I?m sick of all these people asking me the same question?!!!Please investigate this and this so called appalling manager!!!

Got my husband and mother crumpet with chese on, never get this again. He said the cheese was milky and it looked like cream cheese to me. My mother couldnt cut through hers. I tried to order fish and chips for myself as I dont like crumpets but was told there was no fish and chips left. I didnt like much on the menu and ordered facket spud with cheese which I enjoyed.

Went to buy clothes for Christmas and decided to go to the cafe upstairs. What a mistake. Ordered, waited for ten minutes for a coffee and a pot of tea. After half an hour waiting for a hot sandwich, my wife went and asked where it was and brought it back herself.Also the amount of tables left full of dishes etc was amazing. I counted four customers having to clear tables so they could sit.Really poor service and poor cleanliness. The cafe manager could do with retraining.

Popped in tonight hoping to find two advent calendars and couldn?t find them. The workers I asked were wonderful, really busy but one of them took the time to walk with me to show me where they were. Really excellent service, thank you

Took a trip to this store this evening to pick up an aviator jacket as it stated there was 2 in store in my size.On arrival I couldn?t find them so asked a member of staff who went above and beyond to find it for me.Violeta is a credit to your store!Polite punctual and nothing to much troubleThank you so much there should be more people in the customer service sector like you.

Amazing customer service, two lovely girls got the last size 10 sequin skirt off the mannequin for me today after I couldn?t find any in my size on the shop floor, I think one of the girls names began with L, sorry I didn?t catch your names but thank you so much for helping :)

Her attentiveness and helpfulness greatly enhanced my shopping experience, making it truly enjoyable. The cafe was a complete let down ran out of most things no gingerbread syrup for lattes so was made two luke warm hazelnut ones which h were not nice at all tasted of chemicals, they had ran out of the festive toasties, we got the I impression the staff could not be bothered and didn?t want us to order food and the young man who served us was too busy speaking to his mother about what he was having for his tea later on, the seating area was messy floors had rubbish on and tables hadn?t been cleared or cleaned.
