Been visiting this store for the past year even at Christmas time when was huge ques the staff are extremely helpful all have big smiles and very welcoming . Website is user friendly with a great selection of items both in the sale and full price.Visited the Warrington store in the lead up to Christmas which had plenty of friendly sales assistants making the whole process effortless.Visited the Manchester arndale store around the same time which was much the same.

Bought a bracelet with a birthstone charm for my friends 50th birthday in January and the stone fell out of it. As I didn't have the receipt for it I went in to buy another one.The ladies were amazing they looked everywhere for the January stone and then replaced it for free as was still under warranty and even boxed the bracelet up again so I gave the present to my friend all over again.I was so thrilled and the ladies were so helpful - I will definitely buy more pandora now.

Wonderful staff here. Came in as a diamond had fallen out of my partners ring as was lucky enough to be served Jane and Demy. Both were very friendly and professional and had me on my way quickly and with a smile. Credit to the company both of them - thanks very much :)
