Click and collect!!You could do it quicker yourself. Queue in car for 10 minutes then wait and additional 5 minutes to receive your order. The order is brought out in trays and you are then expected to re pack your order into bags to take home. Why they cannot put your order in bags I do not know. That would eliminate the queues waiting for people to pack their items. Come on Sainsburys it?s simple stuff. Oh and before you say environmental reasons on bags, cars are sat there idling!! Won?t use this click and collect again. Lady who served me was polite and friendly so no reflection on her.

Never seems to have much fruit or vegetables but other than that it's a good store. Staff are friendly but few and far between. Please put more staff on the kiosk, one person isn't enough.

Called in today and saw the pizza deal on freah pizzas, so ordered it called back after 10/15 mins they had forgotten to make pizzas so had to wait while they made them. The 2 women were too busy chitchatting and put wrong toppings on pizzas. It's not good if someone has food allergy, very disappointed

As with any Sainsburys chain it can get rather pricey however I love it for the gluten free options (being Coeliac myself). Car parks always chokka and have nearly been crashed into in it before now by a very rude van going the wrong way down a 1 way section of the car park. Self service check outs are very efficient and ive found staff are always available when needed.

No spice and herbs refills... A shame in a reuse and recycle society. All these containers going to waste, once empty, could simply be refilled again if the refills were sold. I checked last night, they aren't...eg, rosemary, herbes de Provence...

On Friday night the battery in my key fob decided to died as I was leaving the store. I rushed back into Sainsburys and asked the lady behind the customer service desk if you could look after my shopping as I needed to buy a new battery. Not only did she look after my trolley she also helped me by putting the new battery in the key. She was so lovely and kind. So I?d like to say thank you to Hayley who made a stressful situation better. X

The tall Asian security guard would always harass me for my number and once approached me while I was doing my shopping and asked me if I give "massages"! As I showed this man no interest, he decided I wasn't allowed in the shop!

Really big store, absolutely loads of variety in products, from clothes, cosmetics, toiletries, food (fresh, cupboard and bakery) and drink (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) . So much available and very well stocked shelves. Clean store with ample parking too. Nice to go a supermarket without a hundred online shopper staff knocking you out the way with their trolley or blocking the shelves. The downside is that there were only two tills open and it was very, very slow. So I went to the self check out which was quicker but there isn't much room between each check out machine especially if you have brought more than yourself to the store (such as children).Final downside is probably the price of items for me. I felt it was a bit more expensive than many other places I usually shop at.

Nipped in after a busy day elsewhere. Staff were helpful, chatty, and pleasant. A welcome change from other places I've shopped recently ?

This is a typical Premier Inn and as such by and large you know what you are going to get. This particular PI is located on the outskirts of Evesham and I located next to a petrol station, garden and a Costa coffee as well as a Brewers Fayre restaurant. There is also a KFC however this appears to be derelict having suffered a fire some time ago.The Premier Inn staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were typically clean and well appointed . The only drawback I found was an odious smell in the car park. The weather was very hot when I visited and whether the smell came from a blocked drain or leaking septic tank I don't know but it was there for the to three days I was there . Thankfully the breeze was blowing away from the hotel but had it been blowing the other way the smell would have been quite sickening.

Not like it used to be, No happy staff, Untidy store and very expensive food, Even more so the dirty toilets and smell is toxic and the Isles are full of dirt and grime you can see as you scroll past. Tip, Get some new cleaners. The cleaners look dirty and like they don't even want to be at work and well as you can see the shop looks filthy. Shame

Many products are not fresh e.g. meat, chicken, fish, etc., despite not expired date on it - very frustrating. They are closed overnight. Do they switch fridges off or increase temperature overnight to save??Many new nice products recently - but again avoid many of them that have to be kept in a fridge (deli, some soft cheeses, fish). Wine shelf is good.

When checking with staff the location of a certain item, I was directed straight to it, no problem, polite and friendly. Same with till staff, which I personally prefer to self service because 9 times out of 10, you need to summons a member of staff any way, but none of this was relevant today, thank you.
