Lady and gentlemen behind the desk were very rude. Misinformed me about the returns policy and suggested that I was trying to scam them. When I attempted to complain to management, they were very understanding and mentioned that it may have been my clothing (football jersey, and sweat pants). I told them that this shouldn't have meant that they were rude or that they lied about the returns policy. Will not be donating, nor buying from there again.
