Over the last few months I have been very disappointed with Trade Pint WarringtonOn all my visits I have had to queue up to get through the check out as there is only ONE check out operator working!!!WHY?Many of the shelves are empty of products or have very few in stock. This is not helpful to trade people who then have to go elsewhere!!!When raining just outside the entrance /exit for trade point it always get flooded - why canthey not sort this drainage problem out. It is not just during heavy rainful as it was today.!!Why is it that Wicks can offer trade persons 10% discount on everything including off items on special offers while B&Q demand that you spend £1000.00 before qualifying for 10% discount!!!In my opinion B&Q have fallen a long way behind its competitors and have a real problem with staff retention in Trade Point as over the last 24 to 30 months they have lost virtually all the staff that used to be there. I only regonise 2 of the request staff now.!!
