This post office is run by well trained staff who try their best to help at all times. There are so many rude people and demanding people who this the staff are there to be abused because of trivial things such as stamps. The post office is not royal mail so parcel issues really should be directed towards them as the simply accept the parcel and royal mail etc take away. the service here is friendly , fast and efficient considering the stress they are under on a daily basis.In my opinion if you are going there to be abrupt,abusive or rude then you need anger management help and should stay away .

Well I have just been to the post office & a more pleasant helpful team of staff I couldn?t have asked for , I had parcelsTo post , money to change and bills to pay , efficient transactions for everything . Only post office in Warrington where I feel like the staff are actually there to help , numerous times they have gone above and beyond to help with what I needed . I suffer with me mental health alms learning difficulties and the ladie in the booth always goes the extra mile to make things easier for me to understand . I wouldn?t use any other post office in Warrington and travel from Burtonwood just to use there service
I use a lot of post offices with my job, this is by far the best the .girls are really Friendly and very accommodating

Again was looked down and judged because of my outfit. Not most people wear what i did, but believe when someone has children, the outfit doesn't matter (well not for her).The lady wasn't very nice and looked grumpy, just a copy of my grandma.

First time visited this branch on 25/01/2023 @11am. Staff at counter refused to do the digital service and saying they don?t provide that service. As per post office service still available at branch but staff not willing to do or no knowledge of about digital application services and simply refused & not gave any valid reason.Drove back to latchford branch lady at counter Joa very helpful & done it like pro.Response from owner below is simply gaslighting when exposed. We?ve reported to head office. You?ve done the same to the elderly man behind us. Educate your unprofessional staff and Sort your service standards.
