1st time customer, never ordered before. Ordered online and was informed it would be delivered between 8am-12pm, so I was up at 8am, but 12pm passed and still nothing arrived. Rang up to be told what it says on the internet is wrong about delivery slot, and it could be all day, but he was on his way and it would be 1 hour. 1 hour passed, still nothing, so rang again, this time it was multiple excuses, from new untrained staff that didn't know the route to staff being off sick, but it would be with me before 3pm. I had to go out by that time, but when I arrived back still no order was delivered. So a 3rd phone call, this time I wasnt willing to wait any longer, asked to just cancel the order so I can have my money back. Advisors on the phone were extremely rude, one even told me when I wanted to cancel 'well thanks for wasting OUR time'. So I was wasting their time it seems?What a terrible experience, perfect example of how to lose a customer for life, without even fulfilling 1 order.Should be ashamed of yourselves.
