Nero is my favourite cafe and all my friends know I won?t go anywhere else, but it?s very annoying when I?m forced to have a take away cup because they are very busy. I don?t enjoy having coffee in a take away cup and the reason I stay in is to have a proper coffee in a proper cup. I don?t understand how a cafe like that can give you such a poor service and excuses

Quick friendly service, the place was clean and seemed well managed it was quiet at the time.A quick coffee frappe and ham and cheese toasty and away I go... all good ?

Messy tables and chairs but all cafe Nero's are like that.. coffee is unbeatable though . Lovely staff also.

The coffee is OK and I know the brand has its fans. However, this place needs a good clean IMO. This is based on a number of visits.The windows have been cleaned - with a dirty mop by the looks of them.I don't think this is a reflection of those working there as I only ever see 2 colleagues who appear pretty busy all of the time. It must just be the model Caffè Nero use.Or maybe someone can enlighten me.

Great place for a hot chocolate at breaktime. Really friendly staff, despite it being quite busy. Remember there is more seating upstairs.

This has to be the worst coffee and service I?ve had in a long time.The guy who served me with glasses had the customer service skills of a crocodile!!I ordered a latte that was like a flat white no steamed frothy milk which is standard.I won?t be back here ever again, as once was defo enough.

Nice coffee but the place is filthy. Looks like it's not bern cleaned for ages. Needs decorating too as it's scruffy. Disappointing.
