From start to finish our experience with Sharps has been excellent. It started from the welcome in the Wilmslow showroom, to the design team and then to the magnificent fitter Aaron. Absolutely brilliant and very happy!

Iv visited with family who have had a quote after their home visit. They wanted to check out some extra things like handles, wood finishes, finer details etc For the space they are wanting fitted up around 12foot across , the price is extortionate. The quote was around £4000. I think after the shop visit and the hard sell they have been given, I doubt they will go ahead with it. Nice stuff but definitely not worth the prices.

We visited the newly refurbished Wilmslow showroom today to make a final decision on furniture colours and handles as, having already had a design visit, we wanted to view what we had chosen ?in real life? to ensure we were happy with all the decisions we had made. We were able to view all the options we wanted, during our visit, and they were really helpful. Would very much recommend the Wilmslow showroom.

Shocking service from sharon, I asked to communicate via email since I'm heading into a meeting, she rejected and said I must take her call now.Also stated they would not work with existing developer floor plans for a ball park average quote (like other suppliers do) and insisted that they must have someone come in on site first (judging by the other reviews, I assume for the hard sell).

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Shocking sales tactics.I went in to have a look a fitted wardrobes. Sharps claim to offer a free no obligation design service.Spent some time looking at options and at the end I mentioned I need to have a think about it which I think was a reasonable thing to do as I was spending a huge amount.The sales lady could not believe I didn't go ahead. She said to me she thought it was a guaranteed sale. I have no idea what gave her this idea. She then mentioned if I don't buy today it will be considerably more expensive tomorrow. She was also very patronising.Then at the end she said, 'if I knew you would not buy today, I would not spent that much time with you'Overall absolutely shockingly and terrible service. Avoid this company at all costs.

[EDIT 26/01/2018] It's 10 months since I visited the Sharps store, but I found the range quite limited. I did get a quote from one of your designers, but the options didn't really meet what we were looking for with the space we had available. The designer himself was pleasant enough as were the shop staff.
