Still waiting after 3 weeks for my glasses. I rang last week and they told me there was only 1 pair in and that I should have received a text message. I mentioned that this happened last time I ordered new glasses and ended up having to ring them. The young man on the phone told me he would look out for the 2nd pair which should be a couple of days and send me a message. I left a message on their answering machine yesterday and still waiting for a text or a call. Next time, I?ll think again about ordering my glasses through them. I wouldn?t mind as the optometrist that checked my eyes was lovely and explained everything to me. It just seems to be the follow through that lets them down. I?m hoping they?ll call me today to advise either way what has happened.

Spec savers told me I needed laser treatment in September 23 and referred me to Macclesfield Hospital. After some months I rang Macclesfield, I was told they had sent the referral back requesting more information. I went into Specsavers to ask what had happened, obviously nothing,!.Peter said I would be referred to O ptegra this was early January. To day I have spoken to Miriam at Optegra and guess what No referred for me. I am beyond angry. Don?t use this Wilmslow branch, they couldn?t care less!

Nice store but difficult for people who are disabled or use wheelchairs. This is because it is a small store withnot much room and you have no choice but to go downstairs for certain tests or squeeze into the machines at the back of the store. More space would make it alot more accessible and inclusive for all. Or even being able to book as a disabled person so that you can be seen upstairs only. This is something other stores do and is really helpful

I always have a good experience at Specsavers Wilmslow, such lovely staff and they are careful to explain everything and advise on new glasses. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Gone there for an audiology test appointment. On time, very nice person did the test, explained what my options were. Friendly, professionnal service. However, when calling after three weeks, nobody amswers the telephone... I am starting to just wonder what kind of customer service I will get. Then when I finally get someone over the phone, even after leaving a message and three additionnal calls, and two hours later, when I call again, I am told they had a delivery,no apologies, not even the word sorry. if it wasn't for the audiologist, I would drop my review to zero if I could.

As a new glasses wearer I thought my my vary focalswere wrong, the staff reassured me how they work and I had to give myself time to adjust. The knowledge and experience was great over all. Very happy.
